Xtra Long Xperience on?
delay in departures? waiting ur call center customer service to attend our calls? waiting for never-respond complaint letters?
as a subscribed member of airasia.com, i don’t even be inform that there were some Xtra flight flying back to my hometown during chinese new year. by the time i heard ppls talking about it, it was already X-late. i never enjoy any flight rate lower than RM200. and etc. the only benefit from the subscription is, i able to buy (not book!) ticket online.
dell is doing much more better than u. satu kali subscribe, they r sending me weekly promotion via email, none stop.
